Miami, two summers in a row!

I didn't think I would be flying back to Miami after last summer's adventure down there, but I was pleasantly surprised when I was asked to come again. The remodel that I helped with picking out the house, all of the materials, design choices, etc is really coming along nicely. They are still about three months out and over budget, but it will sell for more and it looks fantastic.  I also learned how to do some electrical work while i was there. And then I was treated to a few wonderful days in Key West, where i had never been before.  All in all, it was a much nicer trip than I had expected and Florida is still not so bad!!
